State Organizing and Policy Project

Gabriel Sayegh 60 x 85Started in 2005, the State Organizing and Policy Project (SOPP) of the Drug Policy Alliance Network (DPAN) works to promote movement building and win drug policy reforms by combining research-driven advocacy with community-based organizing strategies. In addition to coordinating DPAN's work in New York City and State, SOPP partners with grassroots organizations around the country, most notably in Alabama and Connecticut.

For more information about DPAN’s State Organizing and Policy Project, please visit our pages on Alabama, Connecticut, and New York, or contact project staff.
