Candlelight Vigil including passing out IOAD badges and information on Overdose Awareness.  Included above will be information on harm reduction with a focus on Naloxone usage and availability, Encouragement of citizens to become involved in the public discourse regarding this terrible epidemic. We will end with a lighted balloon release with the names of lost loved ones.
