Join us for a vigil as we remember and honor individuals who have lost their lives to overdose, and the the failed war on drugs. Accidental fatal overdose is the leading cause of injury-related death in the United States. We encourage sensible solutions such as increased access to overdose reversal medicaiton naloxone and implementing Good Samaritan 911 policies. We are inviting family members to join the Moms United to End the War on Drugs campaign.

Speakers will include mothers who have lost their children to overdose, individuals who have survived overdose, and family members whose offspring have experienced incarceration for drug use. Community partners include FACTS, NORML, GRASP, NAACP, etc.
