The Windham Harm Reduction Coalition Invites you to dress in silver, and join us for a candle lit vigil in Jillson Square Park. We will walk from Jillson Square in remembrance up Main Street to WHRC’s office. Participants will have the opportunity to place an offering on a memorial which will be displayed in the community. Dinner will be served at WHRC’s office. Overdose prevention kits will be available.
