North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition (NCHRC) will be conducting street based overdose prevention workshops in the East Durham community.  Workshops will include how to recognize and reverse drug overdoses, how to call 911 without being arrested, how to administer Naloxone/Narcan, and how to advocate to get Naloxone/Narcan access.
