Richard Bonnie is the John S. Battle Professor of Law at the University of Virginia School of Law and Director of the University's Institute of Law, Psychiatry and Public Policy.

Charles H. Whitebread II is the George T. Pfleger Professor of Law at the University of Southern California Law Center as well as faculty member of the FBI National Academy at Quantico, Virginia.
