For the fourth straight year, the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse (CASA) survey, "Back to School 1998," finds that drug use is the most important problem facing teens. 51% of high school students surveyed find the drug situation in their schools getting worse. Moreover, nearly half of these high school students say their parents never discussed drugs with them.
