Public Support for the Medical Use of Marijuana

Public Support for the Medical Use of Marijuana. Americans for Medical Rights. 2001.

According to an Americans for Medical Rights Fact Sheet, every medical marijuana initiative ever placed before voters has succeeded, with between 54% to 65% voting in favor. In addition, every major scientific poll of public opinion on medical marijuana has shown overwhelming public support for patients’rights to use marijuana as medicine, and for doctors’rights to recommend or prescribe it.
