Planning for the New Orleans Conference
July 12, 2007

New OrleansDecember's conference in New Orleans is shaping up to be the biggest in our history. Register now for the conference and be sure to join DPA in order to take advantage of the membership discount!

With five months to go before the International Drug Policy Reform Conference opening reception, we've just mailed the official conference brochure to thousands of colleagues and potential new allies.  It contains vital travel, lodging and registration information as well as the conference schedule and topics covered. If you haven't received this in the mail, you can download it here or send an email to DPA@KessJones.com and have one (or more!) mailed to you.

It's also a good time to start thinking about reserving your room at our host hotel, the Astor Crowne Plaza.  It is one of the premier hotels located in the French Quarter.  We have arranged for a block of rooms to be reserved at a special rate of $149/night, but because New Orleans has always been, and continues to be, such a popular travel destination, rooms are sure to fill up quickly.  In order to secure this great rate, call (800) 684-1127 or (504) 962-0500 and reference "the Drug Policy Reform conference."

Bookmark http://conference.drugpolicy.org for frequent updates about the conference program, announcements, awards and more!

See you in December!
