Subtitled "A Roadmap for Sentencing and Correctional Policy Reform in Wisconsin" and commissioned by the Drug Policy Alliance, this report finds that Wisconsin policymakers could generate savings of four dollars for each dollar invested while achieving significant reductions in recidivism and substance abuse.
